Custom orders begin with a clear specification. Send the target paper width and roll length, including units, together with your expected quantity. If you are replacing an existing roll, share its packaging details and the printer’s make and exact model.

Information for the team to review

• Target width in inches or millimetres.
• Paper length in feet or metres.
• Core dimensions and the printer’s maximum roll diameter, if known.
• Quantity, expected ordering frequency and preferred packaging.
• Delivery city and province and any required timing.

A width-and-length description alone may not establish fit. Core size and the paper compartment also matter, so include a manual specification or a clear photo if you are unsure. The team will review your requirements and confirm what can be supplied.
